Communication and Technology

To demonstrate this principle, the teacher must effectively communicate their expectations and purposes for every activity in the classroom.  They can do this verbally, non-verbally, or use other outlets such as media or technology.  They must be able to effectively explain their views and have their students work together to and communicate with the teacher as well as the class.  The teacher must effectively use technology in the classroom to enhance learning.  This technology must be presented to the students in a way that supports their other learning, and provides an example of how technology can benefit every student's learning.  When implementing this technology, the teacher must communicate the purpose and have the students interact with the technology to create a learning environment.
